1. Information We Collect

When you request a Google Business Profile visibility audit, we collect the full name, email address, optional phone number, company name, and Google Business Profile URL you provide. We also process public Google Places data and public website content to generate your diagnostic report.

2. How Information is Processed

Your information is used solely to generate, score, deliver, and maintain your 9-point audit report. Marketing consent is strictly separate from the audit generation request; we do not automatically subscribe audit requesters to promotional email newsletters.

3. Data Deletion Rights

Report owners may request complete deletion of their submitted lead details and audit results at any time via our Data Deletion page or directly through the audit link footer.
