1. Scope of Service
The Google Business Profile Visibility Audit SaaS platform provides users with a 9-category technical local SEO visibility diagnostic report based on submitted Google Maps links and public website data.
2. Informational Nature of Audit Results
Audit reports, category scores (e.g. 89/90 rating), detected signals, and action plans are generated strictly for informational and growth planning purposes. They do not constitute official or legally binding warranties.
3. Non-Official Google Metric Disclaimer
The 90-point visibility score is calculated by our independent deterministic engine. This score is NOT an official Google metric, Google Quality Score, or Google Search ranking algorithm index.
4. No Ranking or Commercial Guarantee
Engine audits and recommendations do NOT guarantee #1 placement on Google Maps, specific Local Pack positioning, or commercial revenue growth. Search engine rankings depend on independent external search algorithms.
5. User Responsibilities & Data Accuracy
Users warrant that submitted names, emails, and business profile URLs are accurate and that they have authority to request diagnostics for the target business.
6. Prohibited & Abusive Usage
The following practices are strictly prohibited:
- Submitting automated bulk audit requests via bots, scrapers, or scripts.
- Misrepresenting identity or attempting malicious profile submissions.
- Attempting unauthorized server or API endpoint exploitation.
7. Public & Third-Party Data Sources
Diagnostics rely on official public Google Places API endpoints and public website HTML structures. Third-party API availability is outside our direct control.
8. Google LLC Non-Affiliation Disclaimer
This platform is an independent diagnostic software. It is NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google LLC, Google Maps, or Alphabet Inc. All Google trademarks belong to Google LLC.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
Platform architecture, scoring algorithms, diagnostic methodology, and report software components are property of İsmail Oktay Bal / Healthcare Growth Systems.
10. Healthcare Provider Advertising Compliance Disclaimer
Medical practices, clinics, and individual physicians are strictly required to adhere to local medical board advertising and ethics regulations. Avoid speculative guarantees, superlative marketing claims, or incentivized review gating.
11. Limitation of Liability
The platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of free diagnostic reports.
